Your account profile is where you will be able to control the details we hold about you. You will be able to update your photo, change your name and set your telephone number in case we need to get in touch. Once you are logged into your account, just tap your name at the top right of the portal and select Profile from the drop-down menu:
You will now see a summary screen that shows your activity. If you comment on any articles or follow areas of interest, they will show up on this screen. You can also update basic information about yourself by tapping the Edit profile button. This will allow you to:
- Set your name. We'll use this when we speak to you or reply to your tickets
- Set a profile photo (optional)
- Change your registered Email Address
- Add your Phone number (optional)
- Add a short description of yourself. This could be details about your role or job title. This is optional though
Once you have made your changes, tap the OK button to save.
